Complaints Policy

FLOW Coaching Institute recognizes that student coaches may not always be happy with all of the experiences they have and encourages student coaches to share feedback via appropriate Institute’s communication channels to help make improvements to our program.

If you wish to make a complaint about a specific department, faculty, or staff member, the Program Coordinator can help you to ensure that you have directed your complaint to the correct place and help you ensure it is complete.
