Therefore, the FLOW Coaching Institute’s professional coach certification and coach training programs are accredited by the International Coach Federation at the highest level. Our professional coach certification curriculum is aligned with the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) core coaching competencies and Code of Ethics.
FLOW’S ICF accredited coach training programs are eligible to provide our student coaches with ACSTH (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours); ACTP (Accredited Coach Training Program) and CCE (Continuing Coach Education) credits.

Asking questions that reveal the information needed for maximum benefit to the coaching relationship and the client.

Communicating effectively during coaching sessions, and using language that has the greatest positive impact on the client.
Facilitating Learning and Results
- Creating Awareness
Integrating and accurately evaluating multiple sources of information, and making interpretations that help the client to gain awareness and thereby achieve agreed-upon results.
