Flow Coaching is a thought-provoking, creative process that inspires people to stretch themselves to maximize their personal and professional potential. It is a process that involves the principles of positive psychology, neuroscience, somatic methods, adaptation of creative therapy tools & strategies into coaching.
Despite it’s creative perspective towards people’s life, the Flow Coaching session structure is appreciated as with it's practical & grounded approach that allows the use of coaching in the world of work. Through 5 steps of the Flow Coaching Method, Flow Certified Coach supports people to describe, plan and focus meaningful goals that will bring more flow into their personal and professional life. Five steps of the Flow Coaching Methodology are: Awareness, Motivation, Creative Planning, Achievement and Focus.
The Flow Coaching is a future oriented structured partnership between the coach and client, where the coach helps the client to transform internal and external challenges into a new form of wisdom. Such transformation is only sustainable when the client ‘s existing paradigms are challenged enough to gain fresh perspectives followed by a definition of core strengths and development of new strengths, habits as well as realistic action steps. While the person being coached is encouraged both to work on self-sabotaging beliefs and external challenges, simultaneously he/she starts building more functional, emotional, mental, spiritual and behavioral habits as well as coping strategies to replace the old ones that have been dysfunctional and causing negative impact. This kind of deep work can only be done in a safe and structured creative relationship, where the coach is trained on different motivational & learning styles. Flow Coaching process goes beyond learning only about asking open-ended questions and active listening. During the program, Flow students learn to coach their clients on mental, emotional, cultural, political & social, spiritual and physical dimensions.
