Refine Your Coaching. Strengthen Your Confidence. Become an ICF Credentialed Flow State Coach.

Complete Your ICF Level 1 Journey with Personalized Mentoring, Professional Feedback, and Performance Evaluation.

Professional coaching isn't mastered by learning more theory. It is developed through reflection, deliberate practice, meaningful feedback, and the guidance of experienced mentors.

This program is designed for coaches who have already completed 60+ hours of ICF-accredited coach education and are ready to complete the final requirements for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

Through ten individualized mentoring sessions and your ACC Coaching Performance Evaluation, you'll refine your coaching presence, strengthen your professional judgement, deepen your confidence, and demonstrate your readiness to coach at the ICF Level 1 standard.

This isn't simply the final requirement for credentialing. It's the bridge between learning coaching and becoming a professional coach.

Throughout your mentoring journey, you'll continue refining the distinctive capabilities of a Flow State Coach—a coach who understands how to help people create the conditions for greater focus, engagement, resilience, creativity, wellbeing, and meaningful performance.

Grounded in the FLOW Coaching Methodology®, flow psychology, neuroscience, and positive psychology, your mentoring experience helps you move beyond applying coaching techniques toward coaching with confidence, wisdom, and authenticity.

Because exceptional coaching isn't about following a model.
It's about understanding people deeply enough to facilitate meaningful and sustainable transformation.

The FLOW Difference

Mentoring Beyond Credentialing

Many mentoring programs are designed to help coaches pass an assessment. Our mentoring is designed to help you build a successful coaching career.

You'll receive thoughtful feedback that develops not only your coaching skills, but also your confidence, professional identity, decision-making, and coaching presence.

Individualized Learning

Every coach is different.

Your mentoring journey is tailored to your coaching style, strengths, learning goals, and professional aspirations.

We believe personalized mentoring creates stronger coaches than standardized feedback alone.
