Dr. Akin Oke is a Leadership Coach and Organizational Development Consultant, having obtained a PhD degree in Leadership from Andrews University, Michigan (USA) and an MBA. He has a background in development management consultancy with over 20 years of experience across key management competencies in the non-profit, public, and private sectors. His consulting career included senior project management roles at Adam Smith International, Atos Consulting Ltd, Mott MacDonald Ltd, Cambridge Education Services, the British Council, and National e-Government Strategies Ltd (Nigeria). As an ICF-PCC credentialed FLOW certified professional Business Coach with a solid academic background, his expertise is presently deployed as an organizational leadership coach and innovation strategist helping leaders and teams align their goals for optimum effectiveness. Akin currently lives in Nigeria, where he leads a leadership and innovation management consultancy.
