Education and Experience

Murat Vardar graduated from the Faculty of Machinery of Istanbul Technical University in 1994. He completed the Global Strategy Development and Leadership certificate program at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada in 2009.

Murat is in charge of the strategy simulation and games group as well as sales development programs at FLOW Coaching and Leadership Institute. For more than 15 years, Murat worked at both local and global companies such as The HOP Group Sales Team, TETAS Inc, Boyner Group, and other companies based in Belgium and Italy. His experience is in top-level management positions responsible for the sales and creation of marketing strategies for new products, work development, key account management, and strategic planning. With the management and consultancy experience gained from his career, he understands the dynamics of professional life and supports the performance of institutions and management using coaching. During the six years he worked as a production manager for a large multinational textile company, he led and supervised more than 200 diverse workers.

Murat, who has been training in strategic consultation since 2008, gave consultation to Cisco Systems in 2008-2009 on subjects such as developing a new business model, increasing market penetration, and putting the model in place systematically in the companies of corporate clients. From 2009 until today he obtained professional training in the areas of personal development and coaching and completed the ICF accredited professional coaching training modules in Canada. Murat, who believes in constant development and change, is a mentor coach at the FLOW Coaching Institute.
