Through the 5 steps of the Flow Coaching Method, Flow Certified Coach supports people to describe, plan and focus on meaningful goals that will bring more flow into their personal and professional life. Five steps of the Flow Coaching Methodology are: Awareness, Motivation, Creative Planning, Achievement, and Focus.

The exclusive FLOW Coach Method is comprised of five Modules and a final supervised practicum that shows you how to integrate the lessons from the Modules into your coaching practice. The Modules provide step-by-step teachings to help you learn the skills required to become a successful coach, develop your ability to problem solve, and come up with creative solutions.

An accredited coach training program (LEVEL 2) must offer comprehensive lessons about the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) core competencies, code of ethics, and the definition of coaching. LEVEL 2s must also include mentor coaching sessions and a final exam that effectively evaluates a student’s coaching competency. Programs must offer a minimum of 125 hours of coach training.

LEVEL 2 programs are required to have at least 125 student contact hours. At least 80 percent of all training must be delivered in synchronous activities and focused on the ICF Core Competencies. The remaining 20 percent of the training program can be delivered asynchronously and focused on subjects not directly related to the ICF Core Competencies.
