The Career Onboarding Coaching process is tailored to the new employee’s needs and involves a range of activities, including understanding the organization’s culture, communication styles, leadership competencies, and behaviors. The coaching engagement starts with a kick-off meeting with the HR representative(s) and supervisor(s), where the objectives and process are discussed and agreed upon. During the onboarding coaching period, weekly-bi-weekly or monthly meetings are held to discuss progress, challenges, and adaptation goals.
