Education and Experience
Dan is seasoned professional with over 20 years of global experience holding senior roles in manufacturing/construction, software technology, telecommunications, and in call centre industries. At an early age, Dan decided that he wanted to teach and help others develop and grow. This led him to a career in Human Resources specializing in Learning & Development, Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness. His work involved partnering with organizations and helping them create high performing engaged work cultures, with a focus on leadership development. Dan realized early in his career that the key differentiator in successful competency development was to make coaching a key focus in leadership and learning programs. Over the years, he has coached 100’s of professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs globally.
Dan is Canadian, born to Italian immigrants and resides in Ontario, Canada.
He lived in Trieste, Italy, Montreal, Canada and in New York City, USA. In addition to graduating from York University, he is certified in Emotional Intelligence – EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Inventory Assessments, is a Flow Certified Professional Coach and is a credentialed ACC coach through the International Coaching Federation.

Dan believes that people innately have the answers within themselves and his passion is to engage them to dig deep and explore different possibilities as their thinking and success partner.
