Education and Experience
Nicky is an eclectic master practitioner in leadership development and growth with experience across all levels in Corporate, Government and NGO sectors. Her work is supported by extensive training in both coaching and facilitation reflected in local and international credentials. She is both an Integral® and Ontological Coach with a client base that extends across Africa and Europe.
Her current focus is on enabling leaders to strategically and significantly extend their capacity to ignite performance and creativity in ever-changing environments.
Nicky enjoys working with emerging complexities, constantly striving to better understand diversity and effect positive shifts in cultural dynamics that are both agile and enduring.
She has coached, designed, and facilitated leadership development and competency-based processes for organisations, teams, and individuals since 2004. Nicky uses her expereince in selection, business process and curriculum design to partner with leaders to effect sustainable shifts in performance. This serves to unlock the unique and inherent potential within individuals and teams in a sustainable manner building competence that lasts.
Personal Values
Nicky loves the work she does and tends to develop long term relationships, steering away from any instant or quick fix approach. She is intent on making a difference and volunteers her time on projects that focus on improving standards of education, poverty alleviation and building leadership capacity in challenging conditions. Her most recent projects include COACHAid2020 and the ICF Coaches for Good project which connects ICF-credentialed coaches around the global with leaders and organizations who are addressing the world’s most pressing social challenges in significant and positive ways.
